✹ BATH ✹

Add four to six spoonfuls of SUNBATH powder into running hot water and immerse yourself in the soft emulsion for up to half an hour (oversoaking can dry the skin) 

Reserve two spoonfuls in the lid to mix with several drops of warm water and apply directly as a serum masque to your shoulders, neck & décolleté while dipping the enclosed gauze cloth into your bath and holding to your skin, this gives a more concentrated absorption to the areas where the sun hits

SUNBATH is also healthy for hair structure, and letting your hair soak it in can increase hair strength and shine

✹ SHOWER or SAUNA ✹

Add several spoonfuls of powder into the tin lid and mix with a small amount of warm water to form a serum masque for your entire body, allowing the mixture to penetrate for several minutes with heat before rinsing, or apply the powder directly to wet skin and, allowing the steam and warmth of the shower or sauna to aid absorption, remove with wet gauze 

✹ IN THE SUN ✹

For a dose of vitamin-rich hydration and protection while in the sun - mix a few spoonfuls of powder in the lid, add warm water and apply to skin as a masque, allowing the formula to penetrate. Use the wet gauze cloth to remove the dried formula.

Alternatively, you can mix a few spoonfuls with water into a small vessel and dip the cloth into the solution and bathe in SUNBATH, pressing the solution into skin, anytime your skin may need a dose of nutrition, especially when exposed to heat, sun, and elements.

Seal the tin tightly and dry the enclosed scoop & gauze cloth after each use thoroughly before returning to tin
