Add four to six spoonfuls of SUNBATH powder into running hot water and immerse yourself in the medicinal emulsion for up to half an hour (oversoaking can dry the skin)

For added permeability of the active ingredients and added UV repair, add 4-6 spoonfuls of SUNSALT Crystal Mineral

Reserve two spoonfuls in the lid to mix with several drops of warm water and apply directly as a serum masque to your shoulders, neck & décolleté while dipping the enclosed gauze cloth into your bath and holding to your skin, this gives a more concentrated absorption to the areas where the sun hits

Add several spoonfuls of powder into the tin lid and mix with a small amount of warm water to form a serum masque for your entire body, allowing the mixture to penetrate for several minutes with heat before rinsing, or apply the powder directly to wet skin and, allowing the steam and warmth of the shower to aid absorption
